Multi-site Locations

AltiGen's VoIP business phone systems allow enterprises to unite employees across the entire organization seamlessly. AltiGen's distributed architecture has been designed so they can communicate as if they were located in the same building with a single telephone system. Users simply dial an extension to reach any other user with no need to remember special access codes to make calls to remote offices. This single system appearance also allows your customers to connect with employees across the organization transparently.

Scalability

As your business grows with AltiGen it is not necessary to throw away old systems and buy in new, you can simply add to your existing investment through upgrades to your current system. Our distributed architecture allows you to add additional gateways as you grow.

Management

AltiGen’s Enterprise Manager consolidates multiple system management and presents a single extension list for all distributed servers no matter where they are located geographically. The Enterprise Manager also transparently forwards voicemail across servers for delivery to each user's local voicemail box for easy retrieval. Call Routing rules are distributed across all systems so important contacts and customers are identified and routed to the appropriate workgroup or extension.

Redundancy

Call control on AltiGen’s VoIP business phone systems are distributed to every gateway on the network, eliminating any single point of failure. In the unlikely event a gateway switch fails or becomes isolated by a network outage, the other switches on the network continue to operate without being affected.
