Enterprise Manager
AltiGen’s Enterprise Manager consolidates multiple system management and provides directory
synchronization across multiple servers. The Enterprise Manager also transparently forwards voicemail across
servers for delivery to each user's local voicemail box for easy retrieval. Call Routing rules are also
distributed across all systems so important contacts and customers are identified and routed to the
appropriate workgroup or extension.
